They have printed trillions of dollars in paper money; but who are they going to give it to? They decided it was natural to give it to the banks … to loan to people; but the banks are not loaning it to people … because fewer people are now qualified to repay the loans than before. So the money just sits there in the banks. The banks are "healthy" now … but not the economy, because the people do not have money to spend. In fact, they do not have money to eat. This is Obama’s dilemma.
Obama’s teachers have taught him to spread the wealth, to establish equality between the races, and to provide healthcare to everyone … even if they do not need it. There are over three hundred million people in America. If he gives those three thousand dollars each, that is almost a trillion dollars. And three thousand dollars is not going to help anyone for very long. That is the problem of giving money away to everyone. Money is a tool for people to exchange services and products; without work money is meaningless. In the same way money is meaningless in the hands of the banks, the stock market, and even in the hands of government; it is the people that have to work, and people cannot work if they are overtaxed.
This happened in the Soviet Union. The Russians found out that it is no use to even hold a gun to people’s head to make them work when they could not keep the money they worked for. The only thing left is for the Democrats to use the trillions of dollars printed by them is to hold the money as a carrot before the American people and see if they will pull the wagon forward and get the economy rolling once more; but the carrot trick does not work without the stick. So who is going to wield the stick?
