The shooting of the Congresswoman from Arizona is not a political crime. It is a crime.

The repeal of the health care law that Obama signed into law last year was railroaded through both houses of Congress by the Democrat majorities. This time the Democrats are not a majority in the House of Representatives; therefore, the Congresswoman's vote would not make a difference. The political process has not been altered by the crime this young man has committed in Arizona.

To call this action a political crime is therefore a deliberate political maneuver to delay the repeal of a socialist and unconstitutional law. The crime against the Congresswoman is bad enough, but the crime against the American people is worse.

Moreover, the House of Representatives cannot repeal the health care law by itself. The Senate is in the hands of the Democrats and Obama will veto the repeal of the law whether the Senate goes along with the Republican majority in the House or not.

The only issue remaining for the Republicans in the House is their commitment to the American people to repeal the health care law. If the Republicans in the House pass a bill to repeal the health care law, Obama's chances of re-election in 2012 will be diminished. Therefore, Obama and the Democrats are trying to turn the shooting of the Congresswoman into a political crime. They are going after all the Republicans and Conservatives with the accusation that they are responsible for the actions of this young man for shooting the Congresswoman, killing six people and injuring fourteen. This is a very serious crime, but it is not political. The shooter is not a member of the Republican Party either.

The only issue there is of concern is that people were killed and injured by this crime. Let us all pray for the victims of the shooting. Please, do not victimize all the American people for the sake of winning another election.
