Isaiah 62

1. Because of Zion I shall not keep quiet,
and because of Jerusalem I shall not quit,
until righteousness emerges like the light [of day]
and salvation glows like a lamp.*
2. And the nations shall see your righteousness
and all the kings your honor,*
and you shall be called by a new name,
that which the mouth of Maryah* shall consecrate.
3. And you shall be a wreath of praise in the hand of Maryah,*
and the crown of kingship in the hand of Allahakh.*
4. And you shall not be called abandoned again,
and your land shall not be called desolate again,
except they shall be called according to my will,
and your land shall be made habitable,
because Maryah* shall be with you,
and [in fact] your land shall be cherished.
5. Because just as a young man takes a virgin for his own,
likewise shall your children take you up,
and like the groom delights in his betrothed,
your Allahakh* shall delight in you.
6. "Upon your walls, Jerusalem, I have raised the protectors everyday,
by day and by night without fail,
so as they will not keep quiet or be still, the reminders before Maryah.*
7. "And they shall not be still until I swaddle you,
and until I make you, Jerusalem, the glory of this earth."
8. Maryah* has sworn by His right hand, and by His powerful arm,
that He shall never* again give your staples to be eaten* by your enemies,
and foreigners shall [never again] drink your wine that you are nourished by;*
9. Except its gatherers shall eat it,* and they shall give praises to Maryah,*
and its gatherers shall drink it in their holy abodes.
10. Enter, enter through the gate,
[open] the way back for the people,
blast a path through and remove its rocks,
and raise a flag for the nations.
11. Behold, Maryah* shall be heard to the edges of the earth.
He says to the Daughter of Zion,
"Behold, your Savior is coming,
behold, his recompense is with Him,
and his servants are [coming,] before Him."
12. And they shall be called a holy nation, saved by Maryah,*
and you shall be called the Ardent Follower,
the city that would not abandon Him.
