The Ancient Aramaic Scriptures come to us from the first language ever recorded in history. The first language was pictographic; i.e., pictures drawn on cave walls or engraved in rock. Language was spoken long before it was written. There was an oral history already when the first writing appeared.
The first writing ever recorded was in Mesopotamia at Ur, 6000 years ago. This writing was symbolic and it is called "cuneiform." This form of writing was based on the pictographic writing, which was, basically, pictures of animals and human artifacts that represented sounds; for example the picture of a "house" became the letter "bet" or the phonetic sound "b".
Cuneiform was in use in the entire Near East until about 2800 years ago, when in the City of Nineveh, the Alphabet was invented.

The language that was spoken in Nineveh is known as Ashurit. Today, the Hebrew scholars call their language "Ktav Ashuri," or Ashurai writing.
The language that was spoken for several thousand years in Mesopotamia and the surrounding regions was all based on the first language. This language was written as pictographs, symbols, cuneiform, and hieroglyphics; but it was the same language. This language went through many changes and evolved. It has been called Sumerian, Akkadian, Ashurit, Chaldean, Ethiopic, Coptic, and so on; but it is the same language.
At the time of Eashoa (Jesus) this language became known as the Scribal Language "Leeshana Suppraya" or the Scribal Tongue. Among the descendants of the Ashurai people today, this language is better known as "Leeshana Ateeqah" or the "Ancient Tongue." This language is in fact the Ancient Aramaic, the Scribal Language, the very language that the Jewish Prophets and Scribes recorded the Old Testament in at Babylon 2500 years ago and afterwards in the Holy Lands. This is the same language that Noah spoke, the same language that Abraham, Isaac and Jacob spoke, and the same language that Eashoa (Jesus) spoke. It's the language that the New Testament was recorded in.
Today there is a controversy about which language the New Testament was recorded in. The Western Churches have staked their claim on Greek, but the Greek translators of the Scriptures during the Apostolic Age knew that the New Testament was originated in the language Eashoa (Jesus) spoke, and their knowledge of the Ancient Aramaic was much better than the knowledge of the Western Churches today. In other words, the Greek translators and early converts to the Apostolic Faith didn't have all the mistakes in interpretation that the Western Churches have injected into their Bibles today. So when the Western seminarians learn the Koine Greek, for example, they don't learn it correctly -- just as the Hebrew taught at seminaries is not the correct Hebrew, otherwise why do the Western Churches have all the names except for Adam wrong? Why is the name of Eashoa translated as "Jesus," but Eashoa Bar Nun is translated as Joshua Barnun? If Eashoa is "Jesus," then Eashoa Bar Nun should have been translated as "Jesus Bar Nun." And why is the word "Trinity" missing from the Western Bibles?
Of course, languages evolve and mistakes are carried over into translations of the Scriptures. However, the mistakes in the Western Bibles are deliberate distortions, and that is why they have no intention of correcting them. So the Western Churches are going to continue claiming that the New Testament was originated in Greek and the seminaries will continue to teach the Hebrew that denies that the name of Eashoa comes from the Old Testament and that the concept of the Trinity is recorded in the Scriptures, and so on.
Furthermore, it is not only Modern Hebrew and Arabic that have evolved from the Ancient Aramaic, but all the human languages have evolved from the first language spoken from the very beginning, including the Koine Greek, Latin, German and English.
What I discovered was that I could understand the Ancient Aramaic language of the Scriptures by analyzing modern Aramaic, my native language, the language I learned as a child from my parents. I found out that all languages can be traced to the same root, which is the first language spoken in Mesopotamia. This is what makes my translation special. There are no contradictions in the Scriptures, only mistranslations based on racial pride, prejudice and self-interest.
At a time when the world is fighting over which religion represents the truth, we should realize that we must accept one source for the authentic Scriptures and that the Old and the New Testament Scriptures recognize only one Lord and that Eashoa Msheekha (Jesus the Messiah) is that Lord -- if we are to have one true faith.
Jesus said in Matthew 12:39-41,
He replied and told them, however, "A wicked and adulterous generation wants signs, and no signs will be given it. Except for the sign of Jonah the prophet.
For just as Jonah was in the belly of the fish three days and three nights, so will the Son of Man be in the heart of the earth three days and three nights.
The men of Nineveh will rise at Judgment with this generation and hold it accountable, for they repented by the preaching of Jonah, and behold one greater than Jonah is here now."
This reference by Eashoa (Jesus) to the Men of Nineveh goes back to 800 years before; therefore, we should understand that the Old Testament Scriptures clearly concern the Lord in all the centuries since humanity existed.
Eashoa (Jesus) read from the Book of Isaiah and quoted Jeremiah from the Ancient Aramaic. The Lord does not mention anything about the Scriptures being recorded in Greek. And if you take Eashoa (Jesus) out of the formula, you have nothing.
The sculptor Charles Sherman asked me to give him the Ancient Aramaic words that say "God is Verb". I told him that the first verse of the Gospel of John contains the words "God is Miltha," which is essentially the same thing. So I submitted the words to him from the Ancient Aramaic Scriptures. They are the words inscribed above.
The above sculpture was created by Charles Sherman for the Dead Sea Scrolls Exhibit from Israel. It was at the San Diego Natural History Museum. All the Dead Sea Scrolls are in the Ancient Aramaic language, none of them are in Greek.
