Now this story reported today would not have been significant if it weren't for the fact that it is taking place in thousands of schools in the US and all over the world, in countries that are Christian or were formerly Christian. By insisting on their rights Muslim students are forcing the Christians in general to think of their rights in a free secular society. Because the Muslims will never abandon their faith, the non-practicing Christians are beginning to think "use it or lose it" kind of thoughts. This trend may end up preserving Christianity in a nation that has betrayed Jesus (everyday laws are passed to stop people from using the name of Jesus in the US). So, here again, the Lord is protecting the faith in His Name and passing it on to another generation of Americans that might choose to believe in Him. This way, no one will be able to say, "We did not know."
So if it weren't for the Muslims, Christianity would disappear from the world; but because the Muslims believe in God, and will never relinquish that belief at the cost of their life, future generations of Americans will have the chance to believe in God. Now, why wouldn't the US Supreme Court and the Legislature safeguard the rights of the Christians to their faith? Because the majority of Americans have betrayed Jesus; in other words, they don't believe that Jesus is God, and so the Supreme Court is mandated to uphold the "will of the people" and the Legislature is supposed to pass laws according to the "will of the people."
Then why should betraying Jesus be a problem if it's the Will of the People and the three branches of the US government are doing their job? Because the founding fathers didn't believe in Him the same way either. Oh, they believed there was a God, a God who gave them freedom, liberty and the pursuit of happiness; but they didn't want to deal with the fact that Jesus is God -- otherwise they would have stated it in the Constitution, and so nobody would thereafter question the foundations of their Christian faith, nor would Jefferson come up with his concept of the separation of church and state. Jesus threw a monkey wrench into the whole thing. If He was God ... and a King -- but not a King of this Word -- then He could not be removed from the laws of the land, nor could His Faith be denigrated. God could be dealt with; God is a generic concept, a title that can be used by every religion. God is God regardless of which religion uses that name. The definition of God can change; but not Jesus ... not Jesus the Messiah. That definition is fixed. It is fixed for all religions, it is fixed forever; because Jesus came for the sinners, the lawbreakers and the outcasts; He didn't come for the government types, the self-righteous fools, the atheists (who don't even recognize God), the agnostics (who don't care if God exists or not, because they are a law-onto-themselves) -- no, He didn't come for them; He came for those who would allow Him to wash their sins and make them whole again. He came especially for those who would allow Him to wash their feet and set them on the course of preaching His Words.
In the last century, the 20th, the Jews safeguarded the rights of the Christians to believe in the Christian God, because that was the only way the Jews could insure the survival of their own faith. However, when fascism surfaced in Europe and found roots in the US, the Jews were slaughtered for believing in God. And the murderers were self-fashioned Christians. The Nazis believed that they were Christians. They had the same Bibles and were part of the same churches as all European and American churches. In fact, nothing has changed; the Bibles of the Nazis are still the Bibles of the Christian World today. So the Jews have wisely decided not to protect the rights of the American Christians against the secularists and atheists from the US government.
And Obama himself is the champion of protecting the rights of the secularists and the atheists from not worshipping according to any faith they choose not to worship. He has made sure that the Muslims get to worship Ullah, because half of Obama's family is Muslim. One can't find fault with people who want to worship God -- except if they be Christians -- is what I'm saying. Well, that's where Islam comes in. Islam will not allow God to be ignored, and so both the Christians and the Jews are assured that the future generations of believers will still be able to worship God.
This is how the Lord works. This is what is meant by "God's mysterious ways."
So even the Jews can benefit from the war the Muslims are waging against the ungodly Christians. This is why there is so much confusion in the world; nobody seems to know who is having their Spring and who is having their Winter. And who are the ungodly Christians? Why, they are the Christians who don't believe in God. This doesn't make sense: why would Christians not believe in God; didn't they invent the belief in God? Yes, but not the God of other people ... their own God. So what's wrong with that? Let people believe in whatever God they want to believe in -- as long as they don't mix their God with "our God." I mean, we fight for our God and other people fight for their God. Then if we respect each other, we will not fight over this difference.
The French have a saying, "Vive le difference" -- in another context, of course; but you know what I mean. The difference is that we don't agree on anything. Our God is different in every way. We can't have a lasting peace if we continue to fool ourselves and others by claiming that God is God. Those days are gone. Today, people can find out everything on the Internet by searching for all the points of view regarding religion and faith. They can ascertain their positions on the basis of a huge amount of information. The search engines and directories like Yahoo, Google, Altavista, Bing and others allow for an enormous amount of information to be considered in forming one's opinions. Thus, it's harder to come to a definitive answer as to what is right and what is wrong. Before the Information Age, there used to be the Scriptures. The Scriptures were the final word. You wanted an answer, you went to the Scriptures, and the Scriptures had the last word. Now, it's never going to be the same again.
So, back to the subject: the Muslim student who asked for his rights to be respected -- he is the Lord's way of assuring that the true Christians will also have their rights respected -- not the Christians who don't want their rights respected, not the Christians who believe in secularism (why would they want their rights respected? They believe in the rights of Christians not to be respected, because the rights of the Christians have been respected for so long that it's no longer fair; let the rights of other religions be respected for a change) -- no, not the rights of these phony Christians; but the rights of the true Christians ... those who yearn for the Lord, those who know that He is the only One who can wash them in His Blood and cleanse them forever.
So, good for him, good for the Muslim student who protested that his rights be respected....
