The Demotion of Jesus Christ
in Western Christianity

Calling Jesus Christ "The Word" (from the Greek "Logos") is how Western Christianity downgrades Jesus Christ to a lesser role.

In the Ancient Aramaic Scriptures, Eashoa the Messiah is called Milta. Milta is more than "The Word." Milta connotes that Eashoa the Messiah is the Manifestation of God. In English, the concept of Jesus being God Manifest should be re-emphasized in Western Christianity. Jesus Christ should be perceived as more than just "The Word," because He manifests God in very way. He was God in the Flesh for a short while on earth. He returned to the Father's bosom, where He had been from eternity and continues to be forever.
