Atheism

What was deplorable about Soviet communism wasn't their socialism, it was their atheism. What is deplorable about any system of government isn't the socialist programs that creep into the infrastructure of society, but the exclusion of God and sometimes all moral values from the system.

Atheism is at the heart of the problem in every system. The denial of God's existence cannot be reconciled with the well-being of any society, because atheism is intrinsically evil.

The terrorists that destroyed the Twin Towers and murdered thousands of people were atheists. However, atheists will deny that. They insist that they were religious fanatics. Yet, there was never any evidence that the terrorists were religious. In fact a few of them were out getting drunk the night before they committed their heinous deeds. The religious rhetoric and the call for "Jihad" that you see on the news regarding the training of terrorists or their actions are for the sake of propaganda. These are excuses for terrorists to hide their evil acts. The news media used the televised scenes of Afghani children studying the Koran, rocking back and forth as though in a trance, as a way of condemning all religious training.

In the present day United States we have atheists in charge of public education. Atheists refuse to teach Christian morality in schools. The Bible, which is the basis of all morality, is a great tool in teaching children about manners, integrity, honesty, generosity, kindness and every great American value there is, but the Bible is not allowed to be studied. The history of the world makes more sense when read from the perspective of the Bible. The Bible is the greatest Book we have for the ethical education of our children, yet atheists deny its use in public schools.

Atheists call for peace at any price. They don't want the US to interfere with Iraq, just as they refused to allow the US to enter the war against Hitler in the first two years. Atheism with its secular perspective looks at everything from an opportunistic point of view. The truth doesn't come into it. There are no considerations of right and wrong. It's a liberal view of life, to be sure, but the liberty that atheists espouse is that which leads to cowardice and selfishness.

A secular government that is essentially atheist cannot be reconciled with Christianity. Such a secular government means that atheism is in charge. In a multi-religious society like the US, a blatantly secular government does not allow any moral code to become part of the law.
