The Freefall
The
last presidential election was won on account of the domestic enemies of
America voting and the foreign campaign contributors donating millions to
Obama's election. What Obama did is unprecedented in history. There he was a
former Muslim who managed to manipulate everyone and the American system
into electing him. It was uncanny. This happens only once, of course. Now he
stands tall and prepares for re-election. What are his chances?
Obama's chances for a second term are excellent. The Republican Party thinks that they can defeat Obama through the normal process of primaries and the selection of the best candidate to run against him. They consider their last defeat as a fluke. They point to this and that factor and plan to do better this time. What the Republicans cannot accept is that this a different America we live in now. Obama has fundamentally transformed America. The old America of "mom and apple pie" doesn't exist anymore. The domestic enemies of America are now more than half the US population.
Obama's
coalition will vote for him again. The only hope the Republicans have of
winning the Presidency is if they begin by supporting Sarah Palin now or at
least by this November. If she gets every Republican candidate's support
during the primaries, she will barely have a shot at winning. No other
Republican candidate has a chance of toppling Obama otherwise.
